The ICD-9 is available in full-text online from STAT!Ref.

The easiest way to access it is to select the e-Books link under the 'Reference Shelf' on Clinical Library. Then, enter "ICD" in the search box and then click on the link resulting ICD-9 link.

Several print copies are also available in the Kaiser Permanente Library System. If you have a library account, you can place an order from the Online Catalog (also accessible under the Reference Shelf in Clinical Library). Alternatively, you can contact your local librarian to arrange for a loan.

If you'd like more information on accessing e-Books through Clinical Library (or STAT!Ref specifically), please view our kpLibraries Tutorial on Accessing Electronic Books.
