You can sign up to receive emails sent from the journal publisher with links to an issue's table of contents. This is known as E-Journal Alerts, Electronic Table of Contents, Table of Contents, or TOCs. 

Signing up for E-Journal Alerts allows you to receive links to the most recent articles from the journals of your choice.
