kpLibraries does subscribe to the ACOG journal Obstetrics & Gynecology (a.k.a. the "green journal"), which can be accessed either from the journal website when you are on the KP network, or from the Clinical Library page > Reference Shelf section > e-Books + e-Journals link > search for Obstetrics and Gynecology (when on a non-KP computer you will be prompted for your SSO login before reaching the Clinical Library page). 

ACOG content (e.g. practice bulletins, consensus statements) can be accessed direct from the “green journal” website under the "Collections" tab. You need to be on the KP network, but when you are and you pull up content on the website that says “buy”, look for a box with a link that says “access full text with Ovid” (see image below). Clicking on that will allow you to access the content via the library subscription.
